Nabin Bajracharya is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) professional with over 10 years of experience in evidence-based programming across Nepal and Asia. Currently serving as MEAL Officer at Nepal Development Society (NeDS), he brings deep expertise in designing and implementing MEAL systems, leading large-scale assessments, and strengthening institutional accountability and learning.

Previously, Nabin held senior leadership roles at SOS Kinderdorf International and SOS Children’s Villages Nepal, overseeing multi-country MEAL frameworks and directing more than 20 evaluations and assessments. He is a certified Global Results-Based Management (RBM) Trainer with expertise in digital data systems and data quality assurance, having supported MEAL initiatives across more than 10 countries in Asia and Europe.
Nabin holds a master’s degree in psychology from Tribhuvan University, where he is also pursuing a PhD, and completed a specialized program in Social and Cultural Psychiatry at McGill University, Canada.
