SUNRISE Pilot Study “Study of 24 hour movement behaviour in the 3 to 4 year old children”

SUNRISE-Pilot study was carried out in collaboration with the International Study of Movement Behaviours in the Early Years (SUNRISE) coordinated by the University of Wollongong, Australia. Data were collected between June – August 2023 from 100 pre-school children to understand their movement behaviours and to explore the acceptability and implementation feasibility of the tools (objective and subjective measurements) for the main study. The study was carried out in Waling Municipality (urban) and Biruwa Rural Municipality (rural) of Syangja district, Gandaki Province.
